3. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Products purchased more than 30 days ago

5. Exchanges
